We enjoyed the comfortable bed and clean room during our city trip. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The convenient location near shops and restaurants made it easy to explore the area and find places to eat.
As foreigners, this was inconvenient and frustrating. We also received no response to our emails asking for clarification.
